...I see now, that Rome has been threatened by Isis, and is it me or didn't I once read that when Jews flee to Israel, trouble really starts? I had also heard the head of Israel telling jews to come home, for safety's sake. It's madness out there, and I do not at all know that we have someone at the helm who gets it.

I think we need to be realistic, everyone can feel threatened by daesh or whatever they call themselves.
Lets face it, every academic failure or person who can't find their feet and the imagined self deserved prosperity expected in the Christian (or post Christian) civilised world who happens to be from the failed islamist world feels it their right to kill the rest of us who have to struggle and survive in an economy which has failed us on the job front, failed us on the education front and failed us on the health services front. The indigenous ones have to grin and bear it. The imposters expect the right to dance on our graves, praising their god in the process.
Well maybe once we are brought to our knees, and when God forgives our infidelities and prosperity returns, Peace can be restored again in our God forsaken world.
Without a miraculous intervention from God, I can't see anything but War on the horizon. Mind you, I am beginning to think that war is an act of Mercy from God for surely it is the closest evidence of the reality of hell in the next life. For surely war is nothing short of hell on earth. There are really no winners in war, just a whole lot of learning to forgive and forget and appreciate the people around us.
Oh you see, this is what Blessed Mother is asking us to do without the hard lesson of going through hell again before we can once again appreciate peace on earth.

Just thinking about what you have written cartoonistguy, have you read the 1968 prophesy. I wonder if it is on this site. If you are interested, and it is not on this site already, I will post it. You will be bowled over at how far we have degenerated since the prophesy was made and how accurate it is as to our times. And how close we are to the final confrontation for this era. Not the end of the world but the end of an era. And war.
