A FORUM MEMORIAL TRIBUTE
In Rememberance of three dear forum friends who have left us to be with Our Lord Jesus

Curtis Jeffery (Oilersfanatic)
A dear friend and companion to all who ever came to know him, Curtis left us to be with Our Lord Jesus on March 3, 2012
Eternal Rest, grant unto Curtis O Lord, and let your perpetual light shine upon him. May Curtis and all the souls of the faithful departed through the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen.
God saw that they were getting tired,
A cure was not to be.
So He put His arms around them
and whispered, "Come with Me."
With tearful eyes, we watched them suffer,
And saw them fade away.
Although we loved them dearly,
We could not make them stay.
Golden hearts stopped beating,
Hard working hands to rest.
God broke our hearts to prove to us
He only takes "the best".

Cathy Broskovich (CathyB)
A dear friend Irish to the core, and very much like a mother to so many of us, Cathy left us to be with Our Lord Jesus on December 5, 2013
Eternal Rest, grant unto Cathy O Lord, and let your perpetual light shine upon her. May Cathy and all the souls of the faithful departed through the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen.
Don't grieve for me, for now I'm free!
I follow the plan God laid for me.
I saw His face, I heard His call,
I took His hand and left it all...
I could not stay another day,
To love, to laugh, to work or play;
Tasks left undone must stay that way.
And if my parting has left a void,
Then fill it with remembered joy.
A friendship shared, a laugh, a kiss...
Ah yes, these things I, too, shall miss.
My life's been full, I've savoured much:
Good times, good friends, a loved-one's touch.
Perhaps my time seemed all too brief—
Don't shorten yours with undue grief.
Be not burdened with tears of sorrow,
Enjoy the sunshine of the morrow.

Dave Campbell (Daxman)
A true companion in the Lord and prayer warrior always singing God's praises, Dave left us to be with Our Lord Jesus on August 31, 2014..
Eternal Rest, grant unto Dave O Lord, and let your perpetual light shine upon him. May Dave and all the souls of the faithful departed through the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen.
We little knew that morning God was to call your name.
In life we loved you dearly, in death we do the same.
It broke our hearts to lose you, You did not go alone.
For part of us went with you The day God called you home.
You left us beautiful memories, Your love is still our guide,
And though we cannot see you, You are always at our side.
Our family chain is broken, and nothing seems the same,
But as God calls us one by one, The chain will link again.
-Author Unknown
To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven; a time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted; a time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up; a time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance; a time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones together; a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing; a time to get, and a time to lose; a time to keep, and a time to cast away; a time to rend, and a time to sew; a time to keep silence, and a time to speak; a time to love, and a time to hate; a time of war, and a time of peace. –Ecclesiastes 3:1-8
